The Last Vegas are the return of a real American rock’n’roll band. The explosive 5-piece line-up boasts members who grew up in blue-collar towns raided on a steady diet of Cheap Trick, AC/DC and anything else their older brothers were listening to. They started bands young, conquering their hometowns and moved to the city to be rock’n’roll stars. Their music pays homage to the journey; unapologetically mixing in he best doses of rock, glam, trash and arena rock.
Listen op and you’ll see and hear The Last Vegas featured on MTV, MTV2, Fox, NBC Sports, Guitar Hero 2, Fuel TV, Fearless TV/Radio, UK’s Kerrang TV, Nascar.com, Q101, WLUP, The G-Hole, Camel Farm Program and as the official music of Kyle Busch Motor Sports.
Since releasing their first 2 records to worldwide critical acclaim (“Lick ‘Em and Leave ‘Em” and “Seal the Deal”), The Last Vegas have consistently toured Europe, United States, Canada, and Mexico, rocking over 20 countries and counting.
After joining forces with lead singer Chad Cherry in 2005, The Last Vegas have earned a reputation as a top live act, inflaming sell-out crowds in Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, New York, Stockholm, Madrid and other top entertainment markets.
In 2006-2007 The Last Vegas made festival appearances at Van’s Extreme Sports Tour in Portland, Oregon, NY’s CMJ, Sweden’s Gearfest, Italy’s Bridgestock Festival, Denmark’s Primitive Fest, Milwaukee’s Summerfest, Austin’s South by Southwest, Belgium’s Sjock Festival and more.
The Last Vegas were selected as the ‘Be a Guitar Here 2” competition winner, beating thousands of bands and earning a spot on the wildly popular video game Guitar Hero 2 (alongside heros Motörhead, Aerosmith, Mötley Crüe), and have enjoyed the experience of gaining legions of new fans within the 5 million game owners.
On the winter of 2007; the band recorded their latest release “High Class Trash” at Chicago’s Wall to Wall Studios, 5 songs of big hooks, in-yer-face solos, and sing-a-long choruses. The Last Vegas are intent on expanding upon their mass following kids, rockers, skaters, metalheads, hippies, hipsters, punks and musician-to-be fans who are ready for the return of a real, American rock’n’roll band.
This is High Class Trash.
